Audience measurement is handled by a self-hosted Matomo instance running in cookieless mode on our own Swiss hosting; no data is sent to any third party. IP addresses are anonymised before storage. This configuration matches the consent exemption defined by the French CNIL for audience measurement.

CognitiveSand does not use advertising, marketing or third-party tracking cookies, and does not voluntarily share information with advertising or social platforms for commercial purposes.

Collected data is intended for CognitiveSand SAS. It is not sold, exchanged or rented.

Infomaniak SA acts as the website hosting provider. Switzerland is recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection.

Rights
